About ILTS - Immortal Life Theological Seminary

Our Foundation & History

Immortal Life Theological Seminary (ILTS), established in 2009, was born out of a divine vision received by Pastor Aju Mathews Jacob during his period of theological study. In fulfilling this vision, he was greatly supported and strengthened through the prayers and guidance of his spiritual father and mentor, Dr. K. C. John.

What began as a humble evening Bible school in his hometown soon grew into a dynamic movement of theological education. With a passion to reach those unable to attend traditional seminaries, ILTS introduced flexible correspondence programs, enabling students to study the Word of God from the comfort of their homes.

Over the years, this mission has expanded globally, empowering 500+ students across multiple nations. Since 2019, ILTS has embraced digital transformation by offering online learning platforms, now connecting students from 24+ countries—making quality biblical education accessible anytime, anywhere.

A significant milestone was reached in January 2025, when the institution was elevated to a seminary and renamed Immortal Life Theological Seminary (ILTS). Today, ILTS continues to equip believers with sound doctrine, spiritual depth, and a passion for ministry, raising leaders for God’s Kingdom across the world.

STATEMENT OF FAITH

The Bible is the inspired Word of God, written by holy men of god as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
Our God is one, but manifested in three persons - The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.
Man is a created being, made in the likeness and image of God, but through Adam's transgression and fall, sin came into the world. Jesus Christ gave his life and shed his blood to redeem and restore man back to God.
The only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus Christ. Salvation is the gift of God to man, separate from works and the law, and is appropriated by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, producing works acceptable to God.
Baptism in water by immersion is a direct commandment …
